Freestyle Libre 2 Application (app) users on the Android 13 Operating System (OS), with alarms enabled, may experience situations of extended bluetooth connection loss which results in persistent signal loss conditions preventing glucose alarm function. Users who have Android 13 OS and are using impacted versions of the Freestyle Libre 2 app may not receive glucose alarms (low, high). Recall start date: February 16, 2023 Published 2023-02-24.
