An official NHTSA notice concerns Vans - Crosswind assist may not intervene as expected. If crosswind assist system does not activate the automatic braking system as expected in the event of a strong crosswind, there would be an increased risk of a crash. Published 2017-12-14.
What to do now
Dvusa will notify owners, and dealers will update the esp control unit with corrected software, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in january 2018. Owners may contact dvusa customer service at 1-854-888-3214.
