An official Health Canada notice concerns Utilimaster - Spartan. On certain vehicles, the images from the back-up camera may be reversed. Objects or persons would be displayed on the opposite side of the vehicle, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property while reversing. Correction: Dealers will replace the camera. Published 2015-10-01.
