An official Health Canada notice concerns Rosenbauer. On certain 3000 & 4000 series trucks with pre 2013 engines, an electrical bus bar may corrode due to exposure to salt and other de-icing chemicals, potentially resulting in an electrical short. This could increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the bus bar and replace as necessary, as well as apply an anticorrosion treatment.
