An official Health Canada notice concerns Nova bus. Issue: On certain transit buses, the rails for the wall-mounted double seats may not have been designed correctly. As a result, the mounting rails could crack and the seats could fall. Safety Risk: Seats that fall could create a risk of injury for passengers. Corrective Action: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to replace the attachment brackets for the seat(s). Published 2026-02-17.
