An official ACCC notice concerns USB Charging Cable, supplied with the AFL Superkick Speaker. Risk of serious injury, death and property damage if the cable overheats and catches on fire. Incidents of the cable overheating and melting or burning paper have occurred. Published 2025-09-03.

Immediately stop using the black USB charging cable and unplug it from the Bluetooth speaker. Cut the black USB charging cable in half and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations. Do not use it with the Bluetooth speaker or any other device.
