What to do now
Shyft will work with our next energy to inspect and repair, or replace the battery packs as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed april 17, 2025. Owners may contact shyft customer service at 1-800-237-7806. Shyft group's number for this recall is 25-08.
