An official NHTSA notice concerns Blue Bird Body - Cracks in steering gear bracket. If left unchecked, the cracks may propagate and cause a separation of the steering gear from the bus frame. This would result in a loss of steering control, possibly increasing the risk of a vehicle crash. Published 2013-02-05.
