An official Health Canada notice concerns Triumph. On certain motorcycles, wheel bearings from an unapproved supplier were installed during the manufacturing process. Confidence in the bearing is low since Triumph has no details regarding the bearing supplier, or its quality controls and standards. The durability and performance of these bearings is thereby unknown. Bearing failure could cause a crash resulting in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheel bearings. Published 2013-04-08.
