An official Health Canada notice concerns Triumph. Issue: On certain motorcycles, a blockage within the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor hose could cause the MAP sensor to provide incorrect information to the engine control unit. This could lead to an unstable idle or the engine could stall. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the MAP sensor hose. Published 2023-08-23.

The hazard
