An official Health Canada notice concerns Octopus nuvo, octopus evo as and octopus 4. On 7-January-2026, Medtronic identified that the canister tubing set had been misassembled while performing final inspection. The short tube was attached to the bottom of the canister, and the long tube was attached to the top, which is in reverse order than the design specification. Published 2026-05-13.
