An official Health Canada notice concerns Newmar. On certain motorhomes, the exterior fuel dispensing system compartment could be in contact with flammable materials from the interior flooring. If a fire started inside the exterior fuel dispensing compartment, the plastic wrap from the interior flooring could burn, increasing the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a sheet of metal to the top of the exterior fuel compartment to protect the interior flooring plastic wrap. Published 2015-07-30.

The hazard
