An official Health Canada notice concerns Mack. On certain vehicles, the rear conspicuity reflector typically found on the mud flap hanger brackets may not have been installed in the back of the cab which is the alternate position allowed for vehicle manufactured without mud flap hanger brackets. Missing reflector is a non-compliance with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 108 - Ligthing System and Retroreflective Devices.
