An official Health Canada notice concerns Lion électrique. Issue: On certain school buses, the malfunction indicator for the electronic stability control (ESC) system may not turn on even if there's a problem with the ESC system. Safety Risk: A driver that isn't aware of a problem with the ESC system could have an increased risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: LION will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your school bus to a LION authorized service center to update the vehicle control unit. Published 2025-12-10.
