An official Health Canada notice concerns Lion électrique. Issue: On certain school buses, the driver's fixed front side window and fixed rear windows may not have been installed correctly. As a result, the window glass could separate and fall from the bus. Safety Risk: A window that detaches from a bus could create a risk of injury. Additionally, a window that falls from the bus could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Lion Électrique will contact owners and arrange for a service team to replace all affected windows. As a precaution, Lion will also provide you with instructions for inspecting the affected windows. Lion advises you to contact the company immediately if any window is loose. Published 2023-05-25.
