An official Health Canada notice concerns Lincoln - Ford. Certain vehicles built without 3rd row seats fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 210.1 - User-ready Tether Anchorages for Restraint Systems. The tether anchors are located at the base of the second row seat frames, and are covered by a cargo management load floor system. The cargo management load floor system is not marked with pictograms identifying the location of the tether anchors, which is contrary to the requirements of the standard. Correction: Dealers will replace the cargo management load floor with one that has the required identification symbol. Published 2016-07-07.
