An official Health Canada notice concerns Ford. Issue: on certain vehicles, the chrome plating on the center console could bubble and peel. If this happens, sharp edges can be created. Safety risk: exposed sharp edges can increase the risk of injury. Corrective actions: ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the center console. Published 2026-06-19.
