An official Health Canada notice concerns Electrosurgical generator, esg-410. Automatic single reboots, or continuous reboot 'loops', occurred both during and prior to clinical use of the device. Olympus will contact affected customers and arrange to update the affected device. Users may continue to use the device whilst they are waiting for the update.
