An official Health Canada notice concerns Big tex trailers. On certain dump trailers, a fitting on the hydraulic cylinder may fail, which could allow the dump bed to fall from the raised position if the safety lock isn't engaged. This could cause injury to the dump bed operator, as well as anyone in the immediate vicinity. Correction: Dealers will replace the hydraulic fitting. Published 2011-06-20.
