An official Health Canada notice concerns Big tex trailers. On certain trailers, the ramp gate latches could fail, allowing the ramp to fall from the upright position and be dragged behind the trailer. This could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage or pose a risk to other road users. Correction: Dealers will add reinforcing brackets. Published 2013-10-31.
