Only the adapter is involved in the recall; the stroller chassis is not being recalled.The adapter measures approximately 9.0 inches (23 cm) wide, 6.9 inches (17.5 cm) tall, and 1.2 inches (3 cm) thick, and is made of black plastic. A product identifier starting with NL311 can be found printed on the inside of the adapter.
