Stop using affected products immediately and disconnect from the power supply. Complete the online form at https://www.cambridgeaudio.com/row/en/product-safety/yoyo-m-au . You will need the reference and serial number from the underside of each speaker and a photograph of the product showing the serial number. Cambridge Audio will provide a refund after verifying the claim and will provide instructions for safe disposal of the product at an appropriate facility that accepts lithium-ion batteries. Do not place the product in household rubbish or recycling bin.
