What to do now
Stop using affected machines immediately if the machine starts moving from its installed position and switch it off with care. Miele will contact affected consumers to arrange a technician to visit and install the software update to the appliances and ensure any appliances used on a platform are correctly installed. All affected consumers will receive a bracket whether or not the appliance is currently used on a platform. Please contact Miele for further information or if you have not yet been contacted.
