Costco members who purchased the cookware set after 13 September 2011 should check for the identifying number, "IMCP1108", stamped on the metal rim of the affected 5 quart / 28cm glass lids. Lids marked with this number should not be used. Members who would like to obtain a replacement should send the faulty lid to: Reply Paid 85097 Recall - Meyer QA Department 1 - 19 Merrindale Dr CROYDON SOUTH VIC 3136 Members who wish to request a full refund should return the complete cookware set to their nearest Costco warehouse.
