An official NHTSA notice concerns Yamaha - Ladder welds may fail. A ladder that unexpectedly fails while in use increases the risk of injury to the user. In addition, if the welds fail during transport, the debris can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash. Published 2025-09-12.
What to do now
