What to do now
Dealers will replace the driver and front passenger seat head rest assemblies, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed february 14, 2025. Owners may contact toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 24lb06 and 24la06.
