An official NHTSA notice concerns Terex South Dakota - Rod eyes may fail. If the rod eye fails the lift boom will drift down. The remaining cylinder may not support the boom fully and will slowly leak down. These scenarios increase the risk of an injury. Published 2020-03-20.
