An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns TerraGear Tree Stake Rammer - sold at Advance Landscape Systems. Advance Landscape Systems is recalling this tree stake rammer as the end cap can fail when used on a standard stake which can lead to injury from stake or loss of balance. The end cap can fail due to faulty welds and because of the top cap being welded to the extremity of the tube rather than being recessed inside the tube. Published 2026-07-27.
