Brayco will supply a free plug that inserts into each leg of the chair. Once the plugs are inserted, the safety risk is eliminated. There are 3 ways to obtain the free plugs: - In person, by visiting a Brayco branch to pick up your inserts. - By email, by emailing Brayco (see link below) with your name, address and the number of affected chairs and Brayco will post the inserts to you. - By phone, by calling your local Brayco branch to arrange for the inserts to be posted to you.
