An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Radio Systems Detachable AC Plug Adaptor Insert sold with PetSafe® and SportDOG® Brand Products. Some of the plug inserts have a manufacturing fault that causes them to break apart while being unplugged from a power socket. If the enclosure of the detachable plug portion breaks, this can potentially expose live parts which can cause a dangerous electric shock. Published 2016-11-01.
