An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Mako Table Saw 250mm. If the mounting brackets on the dust collection break and it comes into contact with the saw blade there is a risk that broken parts will be ejected from the machine at high speed. Ejected parts could injure you or bystanders. Published 2016-02-10.
