An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns John Deere 4049R and 4066R compact utility tractors - Recall Complete. Some of the front cab support bolts were not torqued to specification, which may cause them to break, loosen, or fall out of place. If a cab support bolts fail, the cab may fail to protect the operator from injury in the event of a rollover. Published 2019-10-31.

Stop using the recalled compact utility tractors and contact your John Deere dealer for a free repair. John Deere Limited is also contacting all identified owners.Update, September 2020: Recall now complete in New Zealand
