An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Hard Yakka - Hero Boots. The safety toe caps in these boots may not meet the AS/NZS 2210.3 impact tests required for occupational protective footwear. If a heavy item falls on the top of the boot, the toe caps may not adequately protect your foot. Published 2016-06-07.

Stop using your boots and return them to the Hard Yakka Store Albany, Auckland, for a full refund of the purchase price.
