Kmart is recalling this drink bottle because the lid threading may shrink when exposed to hot liquids, causing the lid to eject as a projectile. There is a risk of serious injury including lacerations from impact if the lid ejects forcefully or burn injuries from hot liquids. Incidents have occurred. Published 2026-04-15.
