An official Health Canada notice concerns Zero motorcycles. Issue: On a small number of motorcycles, the motor controller may not have been assembled properly. As a result, there could be a power surge in the controller. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the rear wheel. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the rear wheel could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Zero Motorcycles will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the motor controller. Published 2025-12-30.
