An official Health Canada notice concerns Thomas Built - Daimler truck north america. Certain vehicles fail to conform to the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 120 - Tire Selection and Rims. The vehicle certification label incorrectly lists tire load range "D", but instead should read load range "E". As a result, the vehicle may inadvertently be fitted with incorrect replacement tires. Overloaded tires may lead to poor vehicle handling characteristics, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the labels.
