An official Health Canada notice concerns Thomas Built - Daimler truck north america. Issue: on certain school buses, the driver could unintentionally bump the door switch. As a result, the warning lights could turn off and the stop sign arm may retract. Safety risk: warning lights and a stop sign arm that don't work could increase the risk of injury for passengers getting on and off the bus. Corrective actions: daimler truck north america (dtna) will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your school bus to a dtna authorized service facility to update the electronic control module software.
