An official Health Canada notice concerns Tesla. Issue: On certain vehicles, the low brake fluid warning lamp may not turn on if the brake fluid level gets too low. A low brake fluid level can cause reduced braking. Safety Risk: A driver that isn't aware of a low brake fluid level could experience reduced braking and an increased risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Tesla has released an over-the-air software update to fix this problem. There is no further action required if your vehicle has software release 2023.32.7 or a later release.
