An official Health Canada notice concerns Subaru. Issue: On one vehicle, the coolant pipe attachment bolts may not have been tightened properly. Over time, the bolts could loosen and create a coolant leak. Safety Risk: A coolant leak onto the exhaust system could create a fire risk.
