An official Health Canada notice concerns Pierce - Oshkosh corporation. Issue: on one fire truck, the steering arm bolt may not have been tightened properly and could loosen. As a result, the arm could separate from the steering motor and cause a loss of steering control. Safety risk: a loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash.
