An official Health Canada notice concerns Newmar. Certain motorhomes fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The rear tail lamps do not contain integral reflectors, nor were additional reflectors provided. This could render the vehicle less visible to other motorist during hours of darkness, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will install rear reflectors. Published 2013-06-18.
