An official Health Canada notice concerns Mci - Motor coach industries. Issue: On certain buses, the wrong glass may have been installed on the lower front entry door panel. As a result, the glass may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: An incorrect window glass could reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Motor Coach Industries (MCI) will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to replace the lower glass panel. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the lower glass panel replaced at an authorized MCI service center. Published 2026-01-20.
