An official Health Canada notice concerns Maxi-cosi - Dorel. Certain infant seats may not lock properly in position when the seat is installed onto the removable base. The seat will latch into the base but it may not fully lock. In the event of a collision, should the seat not be fully locked into the base, the seat could separate from the base and result in personal injury or death. The hazard
