An official Health Canada notice concerns Lamborghini. Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the pins securing the gas struts for the doors may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the pin(s) could loosen and detach. If this happens when a door is in the open position, the door could fall and close suddenly. Additionally, this problem could also make it difficult to open the door from inside the vehicle. Safety Risk: A door that falls suddenly could increase the risk of injury. Additionally, a door that is difficult to open could slow your exit from the vehicle in an emergency. This could also increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Lamborghini will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the pins for the doors gas struts .
