An official Health Canada notice concerns Lamborghini. Issue: On one vehicle, the screws for the oil cooler pipe that goes from the radiator to oil tank may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the pipe could leak oil. Safety Risk: Oil that leaks onto hot components could create a fire. Additionally, an oil leak could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lamborghini will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the oil cooler pipe screws.
