An official Health Canada notice concerns Hugo ras tower, 120v. There have been 22 complaints of reported communication errors with the Hugo™ Ras System. Medtronic determined that the errors were caused by specific ports on a network switch located on the back of the Hugo™ tower. The communication errors can present in a variety of ways and may be intermittent, but the system always alerts the user of an error. In some cases, the communication errors may require a system reboot. Recall start date: March 18, 2024 Published 2024-04-03.
