An official Health Canada notice concerns Fleetwood RV - Rev recreation group. Issue: On certain motorhomes, the entry step tread may not have been attached correctly. As a result, the step tread could move or detach and cause a person to fall. Safety risk: A step tread that moves could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: REV Group will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, re-attach the entry step tread. Published 2022-12-06.
