An official Health Canada notice concerns Fleetwood RV - Rev recreation group. On certain motorhomes, the high beam and/or low beam headlamps may have been manufactured with untempered glass lenses. If the headlamp lens is not tempered, it may crack or break, which may cause decreased illumination and/or premature failure of the headlight bulb, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace defective headlamp lenses with new headlamp lenses, as required. Published 2017-08-16.
