An official Health Canada notice concerns Dutchmen - Keystone. Issue: On certain RV trailers, the U-bolts that attach the axle to the suspension may not be properly tightened. As a result, an axle could slide back on the spring. This could cause poor handling and lead to a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Keystone RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealership to tighten the axle spring U-bolts, as necessary. Published 2023-07-20.
