An official Health Canada notice concerns Crossroads rv. On certain travel trailers, an incorrect exhaust cover was installed for the Suburban furnace model NT-20SEQ. The cover used may misidentify the hot exhaust tube location which could increase the risk of injury. In addition, due to the misidentification, a plastic return tube could have been installed which would increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction : Dealers will replace the exhaust cover with the correct one. Published 2016-10-27.
